Completing the Online Application:

1. Let us know if you have a different premise and mailing address.
2. Type of tenant:  Dropdown of options include dispensary, grower, manufacturer, or combinnation of these types.
3. If you know the type of security systems your cannabis tenant has such as alarms, video, etc…
4. Building Updates:  Extremely helpful to know if the electrical, plumbing, roof, and hvac systems have been updated.  Update can be replacement, service, etc….
5. Building Coverage Limit:  We us a third party estimate to help determine building insurance replacement cost.
6. Business Income Or Rental Income Coverage Limit:  If a property loss were to occur this coverage provides important income knowing rent may no longer be paid by the tenant.
7. Copy of the lease:  you may upload a copy of the current lease to be reviewed by us.
